What items are accepted on Rowely?
  • Rowely accepts gently used bridal-related attire that is still in great condition. This can include anything from wedding dresses and veils to outfits and accessories for your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and beyond.
What percentage of commission does Rowely take from each sale?
  • Rowely takes a 20% commission on all listings. Should this change, users will be notified via email.
Who sets the listing price?
  • Sellers determine their list price which will be reviewed by a team member at Rowely before going live. Rowely does not allow price gouging and sellers must list items at a price considered reasonable or fair.
Can prices be negotiated?
  • When creating a listing, sellers will select whether or not they’ll accept negotiations. If there is not an option to ‘Make an Offer’ on an item, that indicates that the seller is firm on the asking price.
Who facilitates the shipping?
  • Rowely accepts gently used bridal-related attire that is still in great condition. This can include anything from wedding dresses and veils to outfits and accessories for your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and beyond. Items must be shipped within five business days of the purchase.
Who pays for shipping?
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs at checkout.
How are payments kept secure?
  • All payments are processed and kept secure through Stripe. Rowely is not liable for any transactions facilitated off platform and such actions are strongly discouraged.
How do sellers access their earnings?
  • Payouts are processed 72 hours after your item is delivered to the buyer. This window allows us to ensure everything arrived as expected before we release the funds.
  • We’ve partnered with Dots, a secure and trusted payout platform to handle fast, flexible payments. Once your funds are released, they’ll be available in your Rowely Wallet.
  • From your Rowely Wallet, you can choose how you’d like to receive your earnings. Options include: Venmo, PayPal, Direct Deposit, Cash App, Gift Cards, and more.

Are refunds accepted?

All sales are final on Rowely. However, if a buyer feels the item was misrepresented or they do not receive their purchase, they may ‘Dispute’ it in the Rowely dashboard or open a case by emailing [email protected].
  • If its determined that the item was misrepresented, buyers will receive a prepaid return label to ship the item back to the seller. Once the seller receives the original order, a refund will be issued; this includes shipping and taxes that were charged for the purchase.
  • If it’s determined an item is lost, Rowely will work with the buyer to open a case with the shipping company and a refund will be granted.
