This is a Berta classic from the Miami collections 19-19. This dress was bought and never worn! Had to buy the floor sample for time restraint purposes. Never been altered and size 38 (Israeli sizing) translates to 0-2 US size. It does not come with the overskirt. The dress has never been hemmed so it would be ideal for any height.Message me for more pics!
