I am obsessed with this dress. I felt like an old Hollywood icon wearing it. It's composed of layers of beautiful fabrics, starting with the inner lining, then a layer of subtle gold shimmer, followed by a layer of full ivory beading. It's absolutely stunning, and stuns even more when the light hits it! Not only is it beautiful, but it's VERY flattering and comfortable...especially for girls with some natural female curves. I danced the night away in this dress, and even did a dip and a spin with my husband during our first dance. CUSTOM-ORDERED: I ordered the custom-made gown in November 2022, and wore it for the second look (first dance and after-party) at my wedding in September 2023. The measurements of the custom-order dress were: Bust: 38.00 (Notes: 35 Upper Bust - 38 1​/​2 Bust - 31 under Bust - 36 DDD Bust 37.25 - I wear a 34DDD bra) Waist: 29.00 Hips: 38.00 Dress Size: 4 to 6 ALTERATIONS: Despite the custom order, I made a few alterations to the gown. 1) We hemmed the dress for my shoes. I am 5'6'' (168 cm) and the heels were 5.25'' (13.5 cm). 2) We used material from the hem to add supportive straps since I was going to use the gown for dancing. The original dress is strapless as you can see in the try-on photos included. These added straps are easily removable. 3) I lost a bit of weight around my hips and legs so we took the dress in slightly. 4) Finally, we replaced the white cup liners with beige cup liners so they weren't so 'in your face'. PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED: The gown was professionally cleaned two weeks ago, costing $350. There are ZERO notable blemishes on the garment. The professional cleaners were very impressed by the condition of the dress when I brought it in.
